Study tips for preparing for the exam

Although we have covered a lot of material throughout this book, passing the certification exam takes study and discipline. After taking and both passing and failing multiple AWS exams, some tips can be passed on to help you try and have the best chance of success.

One of the first things to note about the exam is that it is an exercise in reading and comprehension as much as it is on AWS services and knowledge. Skimming through the questions and answers can lead to missing a critical piece of information and therefore missing the question altogether.
