Even if you decide not to sign up for a paid support plan, there are still many places to look for help—it’s just that, for the most part, it’ll be self-help. In this section, we’ll introduce you to some rich collections of written content that are spread across multiple websites and presented in multiple formats. If you’re sufficiently determined and motivated, there’s little you won’t be able learn from those sources.

AWS provides a lot of documentation resources. By “a lot” we mean there’s so much of it that you’ll probably never have enough time to read through the whole thing. Instead, you’ll be better off learning how to navigate to the page containing the information you’re really after and then to the section within that page that answers your specific question.
