Instruct vendors/maintenance partners to effect repairs | |||

Maintain inventory of network components to be repaired | |||
|
Monitor that network components are repaired on time and tested | |||

Advise Disaster Recovery Manager | |||

3. Arrange Replacements | |||

Prepare list of non-repairable equipment | |||
|
Ensure network specification is still suitable for organization's purposes | |||

Obtain vendor quotes or replacements | |||
