Last week LinkedIn shared the list of this year’s most promising jobs based on the LinkedIn data. The below listed positions that come with high salaries and a significant number of job openings is a brief summary of LinkedIn’s findings.

1. Data Scientist


Data Science combines data analysis, machine learning, and statistics to gain an understanding and evaluate data and there is a rise in trend in this field since past few years. Data scientists are responsible for taking a large amount of data points, both structured and unstructured, and further cleaning and organizing them. An Information Technology Lead is responsible for overall planning and execution of all IT functions. This role demands the employee to meet customer requirements and support and maintenance of existing infrastructure and applications. The median salary for this role is $121,000.
