Export Persona tools

As with the previous two Persona tool chapters, we will be discussing the Export Persona tools in the order that they appear in the tool panel from top to bottom. For this chapter, with only four tools, we'll start with the Slice tool and conclude with the Zoom Tool.

The Slice tool

The Slice tool (shortcut s) is a slice creation and editing tool:

The Slice tool allows you to create custom slices by clicking and dragging out an area in your document. Use this tool when you want to create a slice in a specific area or edit an already created slice by dragging the slice's corner points. The Slice tool is also the tool to select and move or reposition slices in your document. Clicking and dragging the slice's upper blue title area will move the slices around.
