Technical requirements

Throughout this chapter, we will be discussing adjustments that need to be made based on the constraints of specific 3D printing production techniques and material choices. As discussed in Chapter 10, there are many different types of 3D printers available, as well as different types of materials that can be used to manufacture your designs.

This chapter will focus on general practices for the most common situations you may find yourself in, but it is important to note that identifying the 3D printing resources available to you, as well as the limitations of your available resources, is necessary to engage with the concepts introduced in this chapter at the highest level of success.
