Building an Education Plan
Whether the user is a customer, a new hire, or a long-term employee, training is essential. The user must feel confident in the system in place and must feel encouraged to use it. A feeling of ownership needs to be created; the user needs to feel part of the solution. In order to involve the end users in your security system you will need to create an education and training plan.
