You have an ART; now what? This is where the fun begins. There are so many things that happen every day in an ART that it is easy to quickly get overwhelmed. How to keep everything aligned and who is responsible for managing the everyday workings of the ART can be a challenge. The Troika, which we discussed in the previous chapter, plays an important part.
