Summary
This brings us to the end of this chapter. To recap, we reviewed the POC and its strategy and importance. We saw what wireframing is and how it can help to streamline development. We also discussed the different ways an SA can guide teams and some of the important best practices that the SA can enforce to make developers work efficiently. Having daily checkpoints is a great way to have governance over development activities and help build a collaborative environment for a team. Lastly, we discussed the importance of integration testing and some of the steps and best practices that can be followed to have a smooth development experience.
In the next chapter, we will discuss how an SA can go above and beyond its duties and bring the wow factor to deliverables. We’ll see what customer obsession means and how the SA should develop their thought leadership to achieve it.
