When you create a business process flow, an entity is created. This entity tracks the progress of the business process flow on each record. The entity holds the current stage and how long the business process flow has been in each stage.
Users require full access to this entity to be able to use the corresponding business process flow. The entity requires privileges and access levels defined as described in Chapter 8, Security.
By default, the access levels on the entity privileges are all set to none as shown in the following figure. This means that users will not be able to use the business process flow:
