Customizing custom dictionaries

Perhaps this has happened to you (because it has happened to me once or twice); you type in a word and see the red squiggly line and mean to right-click on it and hit the Ignore All button for this one document:

Or perhaps you are in the Editor tool, checking a document's spelling, and instead of clicking through the suggestions or making a change, you accidentally hit the Add to Dictionary button instead:

Wherever you might be, when you accidentally hit that Add to Dictionary button, the problem is there isn't an undo option from either of these panes or windows. At least, it is not very apparent or obvious what to do. And although this isn't really automation per se, it is really an annoying issue that does sometimes happen.
