Planning and requirements gathering
The planning phase is all about questions that can usually fit into these three buckets: what is needed and where can it be found, who is needed, and how many people are needed? Let’s see an example of how the Coder Bank team approaches the planning phase. The team has their first kickoff meeting into the planning phase with stakeholders, project managers, and a representative from the software team, an engineer with the highest seniority. The team has arrived to gather information on what the stakeholders hope to accomplish. This information is crucial for the project managers to estimate how long it will take to build Coder Bank.
