Configuring holidays
Teams Phone allows you to configure a list of holidays that your organization observes. This allows you to configure specific auto attendant behavior on a scheduled basis. It is recommended that you set up your organization's holidays before configuring any auto attendant configurations.
Creating Holidays During Auto Attendant Configuration
While there is the option to add holidays during an auto attendant configuration, doing so will exit the auto attendant setup wizard, and all settings will be lost. If you need to configure an auto attendant that makes use of holidays, we recommend configuring holidays first.
If you discover that you need to reference a holiday configuration during an auto attendant setup, complete the setup without the holiday, create the holiday, and then go back and edit the auto attendant call flow to include the new holiday.
