Managing incoming chat
As mentioned earlier, the Live Chat operations of your company will not become fully efficient simply by adding a tool to it. Rather, you will need a complete management solution that can provide you with the configurable option to manage the Live Chat operation of the website. For that, to be done in Odoo initially, you will need to configure the Live Chat tool to the company website.
Moreover, as you can define multiple channels in operations in the Odoo Live Chat function, however, you can use only one in operation at a time, which needs to be configured to the website. To configure the channel, select the website module, go to the Settings menu, and, on the Features tab, you have an option to configure Live Chat. Choose the channel from the drop-down menu. Here, all the channels that have been created will be listed.
