Deploying the Project Solution

Now that we’ve looked at everything that needs to be completed, let’s get to work. This chapter will put everything we discussed into a logical cheat sheet that you can use to get the project off on the right foot. We’ll look at the timelines you should follow so the project starts off and stays on track until the final go-live. We will present a final project structure based on the FastTrack process.

We’ll look at the following:

• Building the blueprint solution
• Go-live preparation
• How should it look

At the end of the chapter, we’ll look at how to prepare for pre- and post-go-live.
