Applying automatic bolted connections
Bolted connections are often a prominent and common feature of most mechanical design assemblies. Components such as nuts, bolts, and washers can be loaded independently into the model via the Content Center one at a time, but in some cases, it is advantageous to automate this procedure and apply multiple Content Center components that make up a bolted connection in one operation.
In this recipe, we will apply several bolted connection sub-assemblies to an existing assembly of parts.
