Things to do during the interview process
Throughout the many interviews I have been part of, both as the interviewer and the interviewee, I have come across several things that had a surprisingly positive effect on the process. In this section, I will cover several of these.
Discuss your side projects
Not all side projects hold weight when you are interviewing for a DevOps position; your rock collection holds little importance in an interview, but using a Raspberry Pi to create an AI that can distinguish between distinct types of rocks is cool and should be brought up. Use the discussion and your judgment to determine if your project holds significance.
