SuperTux
SuperTux is another free and open source Linux game. Being reminiscent of the Super Mario Bros. series, it is a side-scrolling action game, where the goal of the game is to rescue Penny by getting from one end of the level to the other, while killing or avoiding enemies, and collecting power-ups. SuperTux includes 26 levels, but there is also a level editor available, so you can make your own stages.
Installing and running
SuperTux is included in the Raspbian software repositories, and can be played on the terminal or desktop environment using the following steps:
At the command line, type
sudo apt-get install -y supertux.To run the game, type
supertuxand press Enter. The game should now fill your entire screen.
Use the up and down arrow keys to select Start Game, then press Enter to begin playing SuperTux.
