Summary

I spoke to a frustrated accounting manager on a recent phone call. He was exasperated by the various issues his company was encountering with their NetSuite system and the thought of the thousands of dollars it would take to fix the problems. Without him even going into the minute details of each specific problem, I was able to reassure him. His challenges were typical for businesses in his industry, so there must be answers out there. 

NetSuite has a vibrant community of customers and partners. Issues are constantly being funneled back to NetSuite and solutions are documented in the help center, SuiteAnswers, and on the user group. There is no need to solve all these problems on your own. Join the community and access its resources to help you find solutions to the problems you encounter.
