Modifying display settings

As we have learned so far, Moodle is a very powerful and flexible tool for setting up a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). As we mold our Moodle site into a CIMS however, we might stumble into a few settings, written into Moodle's core, that we'd like to 'tweak' a little to better enable us to use Moodle to help us manage our curriculum and the information that surrounds it.
