1. No – Document Templates is the correct entity to set privileges. Having read privileges is necessary but not sufficient. Enabling read makes all Word and Excel templates available to users rather than just a subset. You can only set the access level to None or Organization.
2. Yes – If you upload an Excel template into Settings, it will be an organizational template. You can then enable security role(s), which will restrict the template to only users who have that security role.
3. Yes – A personal Excel template can be shared with users or teams.
