Within the Veeam Backup & Replication software, there are two types of repositories where you store your backups:
- Standard repository: This can be direct-attached storage (DAS), Network File System (NFS), Server Messaging Block (SMB), Common Internet File System (CIFS), and Windows or Linux file servers, as well as deduplicating storage appliances, such as ExaGrid, Data Domain, and HPE StoreOnce:
