Managing service numbers
As mentioned earlier in this chapter, there are several types of numbers you can order via the Teams admin center. In addition to user (subscriber), there are service types such as call queues and auto attendants. We'll take a closer look at these non-user number types in this section (not conference bridges, as that was covered in Chapter 9, Managing Meetings and Live Events in Microsoft Teams).
As a reminder, you can order Toll (user pays for call cost via their own phone plan) or Toll Free (you prepay for usage) service numbers. We'll specifically focus on call queues and auto attendants:
- Call queue (Toll): Used on resource accounts for call queue. Requires a Business Voice subscription.
- Call queue (Toll Free): Used on resource accounts for call queue. Requires a Business Voice subscription.
