Sales orders
A sales order is a document in SAP CRM that is created for the customer. It shows the customer's interest in buying goods from an organization with a requested sale date specified by the customer. Sales orders are used to track and determine the revenue of a company. You can create sales orders irrespective of sales contracts and quotations, or you can create a sales order that refers to sales contracts or quotations to apply a special price.
