Installing Sametime Advanced
Sametime Advanced can be installed through the SSC, which is a good option to choose if you are managing multiple Sametime servers and want a single consolidated administrative interface. Alternatively, you can install Sametime Advanced as a stand-alone application managed through its own ISC. If you have an earlier version of Sametime Advanced (prior to 8.5.x), it will already have its own ISC. If you are installing through the SSC, then the first step is to create a deployment plan for Sametime Advanced and then use that for the install. Once the deployment plan is in place in the SSC, you can then install the Sametime Advanced package itself.
