Model Info and Preferences

In this chapter, we will look at two of the advanced dialog boxes in SketchUp Pro – Model Info and Preferences. These are not Default Tray panels but, instead, dialog boxes (Windows) that manage different elements of the current SketchUp model, or the overall SketchUp settings. We will discuss how to utilize the Model Info dialog box to update settings for the current file, including Objects, Statistics, and Units. We will also discuss how to utilize the Preferences dialog box to change overall SketchUp settings, including Accessibility, Drawing, and General.
