Viktor Farcic: I'd like to start with a question that will probably sound very silly to you: what is DevOps?
Chris Riley: I believe very passionately that DevOps is not a thing that you can simply do. You don't just say that, on a specific time and date, you "did" DevOps. "Doing DevOps" should never be a phrase anybody ever utters because you're never "done" with DevOps.
