It’s important to educate users about Bing.com’s search since it might cause confusion that important documents and content are visible at the top of the public search engine. The public Bing search engine does not have access to and does not index the content of the organization’s Microsoft 365; rather, it uses a signed-in user to access available APIs to supply results.
