Conventions used
There are a number of text conventions used throughout this book.
Code in text
: Indicates code words in text, database table names, folder names, filenames, file extensions, pathnames, dummy URLs, user input, and Twitter handles. Here is an example: "Observe that the CopyFiles
package is now listed under the AzureSSIS
| Projects
folder."
A block of code is set as follows:
CREATE TABLE dbo.transaction_tbl WITH (DISTRIBUTION = ROUND_ROBIN) AS Select * from dbo.ext_transaction_tbl; GO Select TOP 100 *  from dbo.transaction_tbl GO
Any command-line input or output is written as follows:
Connect-AzAccount
Bold: Indicates a new term, an important word, or words that you see onscreen. For example, words in menus or dialog boxes appear in the text like this. Here is an example: "The Configuration section under the Source section of Copy Data tool can remain with defaults."
