Working with comments
We will now add a few examples of comments to a .pdf
document that will be used in the email-based rather than shared review. (More details on the differences are under the Shared group review process using Adobe Cloud section.)
You can open any multipage PDF file for this exercise. I assume that you remember all the tools and ways to use them since we just covered them. If you need to recall any of them, just go back a few pages in this chapter.
Here are the steps for commenting on a publication:
- Let’s add a general comment to a page. Select the Add Sticky Note tool and click on a page. A symbol appears on the page, and on the right, a comment box in the Comment panel is ready for text.
- Type this inside the comment box:
This is a first review of the document
. Click Post. - Select the Add Text tool, click on the left margin of the page, and type
This paragraph information needs to
be updated
. - Scroll a few pages and select the Replace...
