Bob Galen is an Agile leader, coach, author, speaker, and community builder. He has a knack for turning around struggling organizations, teams, and products in a sustainable and productive way. Bob is also a proven team builder and a servant-leader. For 20 years, he has been focusing on leveraging Agile methods as the best way to deliver software value. While not being a silver bullet, they simply work better than anything Bob has tried.

Can you tell us about your role as director of Agile practices at Zenergy Technologies, and how it relates to user stories?

I’m not sure there’s a direct relationship. My role at Zenergy is that of an Agile consultant: I’m an Agile coach, a trainer, and a transformation artist helping organizations transform to Agile ways of working.
