Concept sculpting with DynaMesh

In this section, I will explain the goals and benefits of concept sculpting, as well as introduce you to DynaMesh, which is the perfect tool for this process.

Understanding concept sculpting

Concept sculpting involves creating visual concepts or blueprints that can be used to develop ideas and serve as a guide when creating larger, more detailed sculptures. ZBrush is used by many creative industries to do this, allowing you to create sculptures that explore and refine ideas in a loose, versatile, and quick fashion.

Here are some of the characteristics of a concept sculpt:
