Understanding Azure DevOps

DevOps is a culture an organization forms with a set of tools and processes that allows it to quickly and effectively build and deliver software applications. DevOps brings the development and operations teams together to build a mechanism that optimizes the application life cycle.

According to Microsoft, DevOps is a compound of development (Dev) and operations (Ops) and is the union of people, processes, and technology so that value can be provided continually to customers.
