PowerPoint – shortcuts
Shortcuts not only save you time but also help you to become a better presenter with Microsoft PowerPoint. Here is a list of shortcuts to use in your next presentation:
- F5: Start the presentation from the beginning.
- Shift + F5: Start the presentation from the current slide.
- Ctrl + P: Annotate with the pen tool during a slideshow.
- Page Down: Advance to the next slide during a slideshow.
- Page Up: Return to the previous slide during a slideshow.
- B: Change the screen to black during a slideshow; press B again to return to the slideshow.
- Esc: End the slideshow.
Besides presentation shortcuts, most of the general program shortcuts are common to Microsoft Office applications. You can find some other shortcuts here:
