Getting help on Discourse
Metabase uses Discourse (https://www.discourse.org/), an open source platform for discussing software, for discussions, help forums, and reporting issues.
Metabase's Discourse is hosted on a subdomain at https://discourse.metabase.com/. You don't need a Discourse account to search and read in Discourse, but if you want to post anything, you'll need to sign up.
At the time of writing, according to https://discourse.metabase.com/about, there have been over 28,000 posts on Metabase's discourse by over 4,000 users, so this is a heavily maintained and active site.
Discourse is constantly being monitored by the Metabase development team, as well as other members of the Metabase community. These are people who are passionate about Metabase and want to make it even more useful. In the past, when I have asked questions on Metabase's Discourse, I was able to get a response in less than a day.
