Summary

In this chapter, we've gone even deeper with React Native. We've learned so much about new concepts such as props and the SRP. We should be able to start thinking using the React methodology based on props for now, and, later, even state. But understanding all this is a great step toward you becoming a real React Native developer.

You should feel even more comfortable regarding the way props are handled and how we can use this special feature of React called components for our benefit, for reusability and cleaner code. There's no such thing as your code being too clean, but at the same time, keep in mind the fact that sometimes there's no need for multiple layers of props. Maybe your component needs only one layer or no props at all. Only use this feature when you feel it might make your work easier.

We've also created a list for the first time and learned that each item of a list needs a key, a key that could sometimes be even our array&apos...
