Sharing resources via Calendar
Google Workspace allows any shared resources in an organization to be effectively suggested and shared among users. These resources could be anything—conference rooms, company cars, bicycles, game rooms, and so on. Calendar provides a nifty way to let administrators add these resources under different categories and allow them to be surfaced via the Calendar interface.
Administrators typically start by adding a building first, then adding more resources such as rooms and audiovisual (AV) systems inside those buildings. Once complete, for instance, users would be able to reserve a room with Jamboard that is in Building 2, conference room 3.
