Bus stop as part of the user journey
The experience in public transport includes much more than just the route; it is also related to the compliance with the schedules, the interval of the trips, the integration of the lines, and the comfort for the passenger. In this context, stops and stations play a very important role.
The transport system includes the sidewalks, crossings, access, and the interior of the stations, which also consider stops and embarkation and disembarkation points. These environments should provide information about the system, such as bus lines and schedules, in addition to allowing secure access and providing full user autonomy.
