Getting the right configuration
As everyone has had enough information to get started, they now want to put their knowledge into action. They have no fear of making huge mistakes either, as the cloud allows them to experiment often without any high cost of failure.
Alex: Okay, now we have all the configuration documented. I’d like to see those servers running – let’s hurry up and go for it. They will probably be ready in 10 or 15 minutes. How do we start?
Harold: Well, not so fast… I’d also like to see them running, but in my experience, I always say that once everything seems decided, take a break. Then sit down, think, brainstorm more possible ideas… and only after that begin to work on it. This might seem a waste of time, but I can assure you it’s a time-saver in the long term.
