Travel and e-commerce are two great examples of industries implenting bots. Buying online or reserving our next flight or hotel is something we do very casually nowadays, via our computers and, increasingly, on our mobile phones.

I remember the first time I booked a flight on my mobile phone. It felt so strange and exciting to actually be able to complete such a complex task – end-to-end – using only my smartphone.
