Level 1 – Business-level monitoring and reporting

The first level of the monitoring framework deals with monitoring and reporting business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are relevant to tracking the value (ROI) and compliance (SLA) of the UiPath applications.

At ABC Insurance Corporation’s UiPath CoE, the UiPath Insights application is used as a primary RPA analytics application for setting up the dashboards, alerts, and reports at this level. The UiPath Monitoring team will set up and support these UiPath Insights dashboards once the applications are in production.

Quantifying the value of returns through real-time ROI dashboards, the validation of compliance to agreed SLA, and complete visibility of the abstracted data points to the functional level of operational indicators of the UiPath applications are some benefits of enabling business-level monitoring.
