Knowledge management setup for UiPath support

A good knowledge management setup is mandatory for any successful UiPath RPA program. The UiPath support knowledge management strategy would be a subset and covered under a broader UiPath ROA CoE or program knowledge management strategy.

Sound knowledge management strategy and policies should be in place before setting up a knowledge management practice for the UiPath RPA CoE. A centralized knowledge repository that can scale up with the RPA CoE should be built, and access needs to be provided to the relevant stakeholders. Access can be delivered to internal UiPath CoE members, and restricted access can also be provided to other UiPath RPA stakeholders such as business, IT, and vendor teams.

Once the prerequisites are met, the main catalog for categorizing the UiPath RPA artifacts needs to be agreed upon. Then comes the actual knowledge upload, download, and administration activities.
