By setting the context, we hope to gain a better understanding and realization of the decisions.
Uncertainty
There is concern about the decline in revenue, market share, and rising cost, coupled with a turbulent market, high attrition of its people, and the changes in regulations as it looks to open new markets.
Spark4Life Ltd, therefore, needs to create a differentiating business model that would allow rapid innovation and time to market. There is already a commitment to focus on industry-specific standardized processes and best practices to help increase margins and lower costs.
