In this solution, we’ll be exploring the new Copilot Studio, the upgraded home for copilots – previously known as Power Virtual Agents. This set of development tools enables users to build powerful chatbots using a guided, no-code graphical interface.

These chatbots are used to automate conversations and interactwith customers or employees without the need for direct human intervention – perfect for our human resources scenario.
