Using GitHub to store Go packages

This section will teach you how to create a GitHub repository where you can keep your Go package and make it available to the world.

First, you need to create the GitHub repository on your own. The easiest way to create a new GitHub repository is by visiting the GitHub website and going to the Repositories tab, where you can see your existing repositories and create new ones. Click the New button and type in the necessary information for creating a new GitHub repository.
