Summary
In this chapter, we went over three different ways to create 3D models: revolving by adding material, revolving by subtraction, and stacking by extrusion. There is no right way of creating a model, but ultimately it is up to you, the designer, to determine which way is the most efficient, and the fastest, to create the model, keeping the project budget and deadline in mind. In the next chapter, we will get a bit more creative and design a simple water bottle holder using calipers to take proper measurements on a bike frame.
