Summary
Microsoft Teams seemingly came out of nowhere as the hero of enterprise social networking and collaboration. During the trying times that people and organizations were dealing with due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many turned to Microsoft Teams as a solution to their social connectivity issues as the workforce and education were driven home into remote working situations that many were facing for the first time.
