Time for action – working with stylesheets
We are going to take one of the stylesheets and customize it to suit our needs.
Select Edit | Style Sheets from the menu, and the Select HTML Style Sheet window will open. You should see the Default and other stylesheets that ship with GnuCash.
Click on the New button. This will open the New Style Sheet window.
Select a Template from the drop-down and type MACS in the Name box and click on OK. The HTML Style Sheet Properties dialog will open as shown in the following screenshot:
Select the Fonts tab. Change the Number cell and Text cell fonts to Verdana.
This is an optional step. In the Images tab, if you have a suitable image file, select it for Heading Banner.
Click OK to save and close this dialog. Also close the Select HTML Style Sheet window. So far you have created a custom stylesheet. Next we will apply it to our report.
If you have the Account Summary tab still open, you can use that. If not, go ahead and select from the menu Reports | Account...
