Microsoft made a major acquisition when purchasing LinkedIn. In conjunction with Dynamics 365, this creates a huge advantage over its competition. As one of the most established professional networks, LinkedIn is a treasure trove of information that can be used to enrich and enhance business processes with data on contacts, accounts, and relationships.
To enable this functionality, the user configuring the platform must be a system administrator, and the proper subscriptions must be available. These include either a Microsoft Relationship Sales subscription or one of the Sales Navigator licenses including LinkedIn Sales Navigator Team or LinkedIn Sales Navigator Enterprise.
