Reporting Features for Managers
So far, you have experienced the reporting features of ALM when logged in as an administrator. In this section, you will discover that most of these features are also available to managers. The main difference is that administrators have access to all the data, while managers only have access to the data pertaining to their team.
You will now log in as Manager 01 and explore the reporting features from a manager’s perspective:
- Log in to your account as Manager 01.
- Once logged in, switch to the Manager role using the icon located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Take some time to examine the manager home page. Notice that it is very similar to the Learning Dashboard available to administrators and that we discussed earlier in this chapter:
- Click the Details link located in the bottom-right corner of the Learning Summary section of the manager home page.
